History
Founded in 1931 by Dorance D. Bolton, Bolton & Company has
grown along with the California economy. Today we employ over 120
insurance professionals and place over $150 million in annual premiums
on behalf of our clients. While our firm handles the insurance and
risk management needs of some of the worlds largest corporations,
we have continued to maintain our focus as a full service broker
dedicated to exemplary service on a personal level.
Throughout the years, Bolton & Company has taken pride in remaining
one of the few full service insurance brokerages. Whether our clients
desire business insurance, personal insurance, surety bonds, employee
benefits, estate planning, risk management services, or even human
resources consulting, we have developed the expertise to handle
