• Pay all claims which are payable within agency draft authority as quickly as possible.
  

• Forward acknowledgement letters to you with pertinent information to give you a permanent record of the loss.
  

• Establish an automatic diary system for all claims to update the file, work toward resolution and keep you informed.
  

• Assist insurer and client with information flow, policy information and interpretation.
  

• Facilitate investigative meetings and payments of bills by the carrier.
  

• Review individual claims with clients to determine and evaluate status, reserves and disposition of claims.
  

• Negotiate with insurer on claims where coverage is questionable.
