Bill is the former Chairman of Web Service Company, an operator of commercial laundry equipment in California, having retired in January, 2005. He is also the Founder and past Chairman of Citizens Against Lawsuit Abuse, the first organization of its kind in California, and is a recipient of the "Legal Watchdog Award" from the American Tort Reform Association. He currently serves on the boards of the Multi-Housing Laundry Association and the Jonsson Cancer Center Foundation. Bill graduated from University of California, Berkeley and received his M.B.A. from Harvard University.

Bill graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, with an emphasis in Risk Management. He began his career at Industrial Indemnity Company and joined Bolton & Company in 1967. Bill has served as President of the Western Association of Insurance Brokers (now IBA West), Chairman of Assurex Global, and 17 years as a Director of Professional Agents Reinsurance Company, Ltd., a Bermuda-based reinsurer. He has served on the advisory committees of The Travelers Insurance Company, Atlantic Mutual Insurance Company, St. Paul Fire & Marine Company and Industrial Indemnity Company. He currently chairs IBAs West annual Blue Ribbon Conference in Hawaii.

In 1999, he was honored as the recipient of the Ramsden/Sullivan Memorial Award, the highest individual honor given by the Insurance Brokers & Agents of the West. In addition to these various honors and achievements, Bill has authored countless articles on insurance and risk management related topics.

After 42 years in the Insurance Industry, Bill sold his interest in Bolton & Company to its management and is now semi-retired.

Steve Brockmeyer, ARM, CIC

Born and raised in Southern California, Steve graduated from the University of California at Santa Barbara with a double major in Business Economics and Political Science. During his collegiate time at UCSB, Steve was a scholarship member of the Men's Basketball Team and served as President of his Fraternity.

He began his career as a direct sales representative with Wausau Insurance Company before joining Bolton & Company in 1990.

Steve has served on the Board of Governors of the Western Association of Insurance Brokers, the Board of Directors of the IBA West, and the Board of Directors of the IBA West Service Corporation, including a three-year service as Chairman of the Board of the IBA West Service Corporation and current Chairman of the IBA West Strategic Planning Committee. He has also been honored to have been selected to the Board of Directors of the Council of Insurance Agents and Brokers (CIAB) which represents the nation's largest brokers in both national and international affairs. Steve has also served on numerous insurance company advisory councils.

He has earned designations as an Associate of Risk Management (ARM) and a Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC). Steve is a major shareholder in Bolton & Company, where he currently serves as a Member of the Board of Directors, as well as President and CEO of the firm.

Other involvements include past member of the Pasadena Tournament of Roses Association, an active member and officer in the San Gabriel Valley Chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO), Member of the Board of Directors for AbilityFirst and volunteering.

Jeff Leitzinger

Jeff is the Founder and President of Econ One, an economic research and consulting firm. He is an expert in the economics of markets, market pricing, competitive analysis and regulation. Over the past 20 years as an economic consultant, he has provided expert testimony in many different forums. His research has been used in connection with congressional legislation, tax and royalty policy, as well as corporate policy decisions in Fortune 500 companies.

Jeff graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. He received his Ph.D. and M.A. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.

Ronald Wanglin, CIC, CSRM

Ron received his B.A. from the University of California at Berkeley and did his graduate work at Hastings College of the Law. Ron joined his family's agency in 1977 and in 1994 merged with Bolton and Company, headquartered in Pasadena. He holds the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and Certified School Risk Manager (CSRM) designations and is a past President of the Independent Insurance Agents Association, Santa Monica (1983-84).

Ron has served on the agency advisory councils for ACE, AIG/Chartis, Berkshire Hathaway, Hartford, Royal/Sunalliance, St. Paul/Travelers and United Educators Insurance Company and has been a frequent speaker on a variety of insurance topics ranging from risk management for educational institutions to intellectual property insurance. Ron is on the Board of Directors of the National Alliance Research Academy, a leading provider of education to the insurance industry and has also served as a Director of Assurex Global, an exclusive network of the world's leading independent brokers.

Ron is also a Trustee Emeritus of The Buckley School (1994-2007), a past Chairman of the American Red Cross (West District, 1981-83), a past President of the Westwood Village Rotary Club (1987-88), and in 1990 was honored by being named Rotarian of the Year.
